Hall of Fame

Please use this form to nominate someone for induction into the Eden Prairie Schools Hall of Fame. Submissions are confidential and accepted year-round. Those submitted by May 1st will be considered for that year’s fall induction. All submissions will be kept on file for future consideration. Nominees may include former students, former staff members and community contributors. All inductees must have displayed high levels of moral character both within and outside of their activities or roles with the district. Inductees should continue to serve as a positive representative of Eden Prairie Schools. 

Inductee eligibility criteria include:

• Former Student: Inductees must be an Eden Prairie Schools student who graduated at least 10 years ago. Inductees must have accolades or have made significant contributions during their time at Eden Prairie Schools or have achieved high levels of success after graduation. 

• Former Staff: Inductees should have been employed by the district for a minimum of 10 years. Additionally, inductees may no longer work for the district/have been retired for at least 1 year. Inductees must have devoted time and effort and made significant contributions during their time at Eden Prairie Schools.

• Community Contributor: Inductees must have devoted time and effort and made significant, sustained contributions to support Eden Prairie Schools.
